Kitchen, Bath, Room Addition and Home Renovation Design Coordinator

We are currently seeking individuals to join our selections team as a Design Coordinator who specialize in Kitchens, Baths, Room Additions and Home Renovations. Our selections team is responsible for managing the details of the project with our homeowners and is a point of contact for them throughout the project as well.

We are looking for motivated and excited individuals that are willing to learn from one another. Applicants should be proficient with:

  • Chief Architect
  • Excel
  • People Skills
  • Organization skills

This is an hourly position. Benefits are included such as health insurance and 401(k).

Home Addition and Renovation Designer

We are currently seeking individuals to join our sales and design team specializing in Kitchens, Baths, Room Additions, and Home Renovations. Our design team manages the relationship of our homeowners from their first contact, during construction, and until completion of their project.

Designers meet with homeowners in their homes or at our showroom to discuss their projects’ needs and ideas. They then give the potential client budgets and a thorough estimate for their project. We have an entire team of individuals who know every aspect of the construction industry, and together as a team, we can accomplish any project we take on.

We are looking for motivated and excited individuals willing to learn from one another. Chief Architect experience is preferred, and experience/training in design and sales is required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year Chief Architect
  • 2 years Sales Experience
  • 2 years Home Remodeling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • 5 years Home Remodeling Design/Sales Experience
  • 3 years Chief Architect Experience

This is a commission-based position. Benefits are included such as health insurance and 401(k).

Home Remodeling Project Manager

We are currently seeking individuals to join our project management team specializing in Kitchens, Baths, Room Additions, and Home Renovations. Project managers are responsible for seeing the project through from start to finish and managing the relationship between the homeowner and other staff within the company.

We are looking for motivated and excited individuals willing to learn from one another. Project Management/Superintendent work experience in the construction/remodeling industry is required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year Construction Management
  • 1 year Home Remodeling
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organization and planning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years Construction Experience
  • 5 years Project Management Experience within the Construction/Remodeling Industry

This is a salary + commission position. Benefits are included such as health insurance and 401(k).
